An Iconic Vacation

I’m looking forward to this iconic vacation. As the months pass and we get closer to the big day, I will give an insight into my plans and preparations for my upcoming cruise vacation. To celebrate my dad turning 70 and my parents’ 45th wedding anniversary, we will be combining this cruise vacation with a visit to some of the theme parks in Orlando, as well as some shopping and other activities in Orlando and Miami. Besides that, I’m also looking into the possibility to visit the Florida Keys for 1 or 2 days before going to Orlando. I want to make the most of this vacation and do things we haven’t done before.

This time, it will just be my parents and me traveling. The Icon of the Seas will be my first cruise with Royal Caribbean, but my third overall. Both of my previous cruise were with Carnival Cruise Lines. I’m excited to see where Royal Caribbean differs from Carnival.

This will definitely will be an iconic vacation because of the occasion, the ship we will be cruising on and the once-in-a-lifetime experiences that await us.
